Long, long ago, there lived a Leopard woman in a cave. She had the body of a woman and the face of a leopard. She was called the Lappa.

 The Lappa was a strong, frightening creature. She could fight and kill any animal in the forest, and she could run faster than the fastest animal. She killed both men and animals and ate their flesh.  She did not like fruit, grain or vegetables.
